HOW TO START WORKING OUT.

      
       Hello guys, today we will be learning how to start working out. Even though everyone likes the idea of regularly exercising or hitting the gym, maintaining the motivation to exercise regularly is the problem most of the time. But here are some tips that can keep you motivated.
1. Join a Gym
      One of the main benefit of a gym is the convenience and exercising equipment. It has cardio machines, weight machines all in our place. But before choosing a gym for exercise, make sure it is not far away from where you stay to ensure that distance does not discourage you from going regularly.
2. Employ a Personal Trainer
      Although this might be  somehow expensive, it is one of the best ways to get motivated to exercise regularly as the trainer comes to your house daily.
3. Use a Fitness Tracker App
       Having a smartphone can be very beneficial only if you know what to do on it and how to do it. Fitness tracker app can be used to monitor your fitness and improvements. Try out apps like:
***MyFitnessPal, which allows you to track calories in the food you eat and features a step counter.
***Sworkit, which provides exercise videos that show you how to perform over 200 types of workout.
***MapMyRun, which will present you with multiple route options in your area based on how far and long you want to run for.
4. Find a Workout partner
        Working out with a friend can prevent the fatigue of getting burned out on exercise when doing it alone. Fix a schedule with your partner and stick to it.
